3 Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The processing of the data is carried out for the purpose of providing our services and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as it is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The transfer of data to our Chinese business partners takes place as part of the enquiry of offers and is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
